By clicking “I AGREE,” or otherwise manifesting assent to this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”). If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the App.
We may change these Terms of Use from time to time with or without notice to you. By continuing to use the App after a modification is posted, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If the modified Agreement is not acceptable to you, your only option is to discontinue using the App.
Capitalized terms not defined here shall have the meaning set forth in our Privacy Policy.

- The Beauty Bot is not a licensed dermatologist or cosmetologist. Its content is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional skincare or medical advice.
- The Educational Bot is not a certified teacher, tutor, or academic authority. It is designed to assist with general learning but should not replace formal education or accredited resources.
- The News Bot is not a certified journalist, analyst, or media outlet. It provides summaries, discussions, and perspectives but should not be considered a substitute for verified news reporting.
You acknowledge that no doctor-patient, advisor-client, or professional relationship is created by using any Bot. Reliance on any content provided by the Bots is solely at your own risk.

Description and Use of the App
Praimeri allows you to interact with AI-driven Bots in various categories (e.g., news, beauty, education, and wellness). Each Bot provides general information and support in its category but is not a substitute for professional consultation.
Praimeri may suspend or reject users at its sole discretion.
License to Use the App
Praimeri grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal use. All rights not expressly granted remain with Praimeri.
Fees & Payments
The App may be free or subscription-based depending on your plan.
- Payments: Praimeri does not directly collect or store payment information. Payments are securely handled through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
- Subscriptions: You agree to comply with the terms of these third-party providers when making payments.
Data & Privacy
Praimeri values your privacy:
- No data storage: We do not permanently store your conversations or personal information on our servers.
- Third-party APIs: Our Bots use third-party APIs (such as OpenAI’s API) to process your queries. Your inputs and responses may be transmitted to and processed by these third-party services.
- Payments: As noted above, Praimeri does not store or access your financial details; payments are managed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
By using the App, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by third-party services according to their privacy policies.
Community Guidelines
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:
- Uploading unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content.
- Harassing or impersonating others.
- Using Bots for competitive market research or malicious purposes.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with App operations.
- Using automated bots/scrapers without our permission.
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your access.
Age Restriction
The App is only available to individuals aged 13 and above. If you are under the legal age to consent to digital services in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided by Praimeri are owned by Praimeri or its licensors. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
No Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Praimeri makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praimeri disclaims all warranties, and your use of the App is at your own risk.
Praimeri shall not be liable for any damages, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bots.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
By using the App, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration and not in court. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against Praimeri.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Praimeri.
